Big Island Motors has been an absolute joy to work with. The "Parts" department was attentive and extremely friendly and helpful and kept track of my needs with careful attention and reliable communications. The "Service" department was also very personable and helpful and took the time needed to attend to my needs. I would also like to mention that the shuttle driver to Hilo and back was very timely and polite and I have not had a better experience at any other dealership be it in the Continental USA or elsewhere. The Service Department has always been friendly and helpful regarding both of my Subarus', a 2005 Impreza and a 2017 Forester! I just got back from taking my 2017 Forester in for its 12,000 mile service and they completed it for less money than the dealer who I purchased it from on the mainland! They were very helpful and pleasant regarding a warranty item that came up recently also! Very happy to have them service my Subarus'!

Ryan at the Kona BIM is absolutely awesome! As a salesperson, he was helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We are very happy with the transaction and ultimately bought a Subaru. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is no one contacted us to inform us that our license plates were in for pick up.
