The salesman Yasuo was great. He helped and answered all question we had he even had the car we wanted to look at brought over to Hilo from Kona so we didn't have to make that drive. The guys doing the paperwork took WAY to long and were really kinda pushy about selling us extras. They took so long with paperwork we were there almost 5 hours. Which is way to long. Besides that all was good and we got a great car.

I bought a Hyundai Tucson and I am satisfied with it. It runs well, gets good mileage, has plenty of room, handles well and has a good sound system that connects to a system that lets me answer the phone without using my hands. I figure I will get about 100,000 miles out of it.
Love my 2016 Hyundai Sonata Limited Hybrid! Would not trade it for any other car. Best car I have ever driven. Awesome car, awesome warranties and excellent service with my salesman and car dealership.

We had a great experience working with Jonathan at the Hilo dealership. We hadn't expected to walk out purchasing a car but did. The process was very simple and quick. We would go back again.
Over all the buying experience was pretty good, the sales person was very professional and the car I purchased was on its way from somewhere else, They did not have on the lot what I wanted, so I waited a month for the new one to come in, followed it on the computer and knew when it came in before they did, it went to the other side of the Island, however, we got that straightened out and the car was delivered in good shape and cleaned and ready to pick up in a timely fashion.

Very professional and friendly staff. Met sales people, financing, sales manager, and maintenance people. Got a nice ride home when I had to drop it off for coating. One thing worth mentioning. My husband has Parkinson's disease and got very tired during our first visit. We had decided to buy the car but had to wait a little to meet with the finance person because they had another customer purchasing ahead of us.
